Working with you
Keeping pace with change
Jisc has been a trusted partner and expert adviser on digital technology for universities and colleges throughout the UK for over 30 years. During this time technological change has transformed our workplaces and continue to do so.
Our co-design model is collaborative and is steered by our members’ priorities. Our building digital capability service is a good example of a project that has been built and developed through the co-design process, with extensive consultation, testing of the question sets, piloting, facilitating collaboration and sharing lessons learned. We are working with you to make sure our service keeps pace with change and meets your needs.
Thriving not just surviving in a digital world
Government predictions are that more and more jobs will require some element of digital skills.
Many jobs have a digital element, and it is predicted that within 20 years 90% of all jobs will require some element of digital skills. Effective digital skills provision is essential to ensure the workforce is prepared for this and future technological changes.UK digital strategy, 1 March 2017, Gov.uk
